Refund policy

At YEG Woodcraft, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom furniture tailored to your unique preferences. Each piece is meticulously made to order with careful attention to detail. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that occasionally circumstances may arise that necessitate a return or repair.

To start a request to return, you can contact us at jarrett@Yegwoodcraft.com. If your return is accepted, it will be your responsibility to coordinate shipping to our facility. Restocking fees may be applied on all made to order items - this includes all furniture produced by YEG Woodcraft.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If  you notice something seems or appears off please reach out to jarrett@Yegwoodcraft.com where we will can evaluate the issue and determine a path forward.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, made to order items, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
